A public boat launch & 2 slip boat house give you easy & convenient access to the lake, fishing & recreation on Toledo Bend. There are awesome sunsets to the West of the property. Bald Eagles, Ducks & Geese pass by or visit on a regular basis.
You can enjoy your family and friends on the shaded porches, out by the fire pit, or enjoying the benefits of the lake like catching fish, swimming, boating or other water activities. Golfing is just a few minutes away at the beautiful Cypress Bend Golf Resort. The Toledo Bend Family Adventure Water Park is 15 minutes away.

The Old Yellow location was established when the lake was formed and is a well know access to Toledo Bend fishing and recreation.
