Fantastic vacation home - 3 bedrooms 2 bath open plan home located on Toledo Bend Lake. The house is situated with direct access to the lake with a great view of the lake, wildlife and sunsets. It is stocked with all the amenities and comfort of home. There is a boat launch right across the street with plenty of parking for you and your guests. Toledo Town is 10 minutes away and Cypress Bend Resort and Golf Course is with 20 minutes. Boat House and Boat Ramp across the street.
