There is easy access to the water by a private boat ramp on the property.
It's convenient location is just 10 minutes away from Toledo Town, local restaurants, groceries, tackle, fuel, bait, supplies and hardware stores. Well know Cypress Bend Golf Resort is located just 12 miles away. Toledo Bend Adventure Water Park is just 25 minutes away.

This lake front house is new and has several different kinds of customized wood work. The sunset and sunrises are beautiful.
We are on call 24/7 to provide assistance if needed. Our Property Manager lives across the street and support our guests during their stay, if necessary.
